Selected Essays from AJALT Students (in Japanese)

Association for Japanese-Language Teaching (AJALT) has been annually publishing the magazine AJALT since 1978.

The magazine is intended to provide information to people interested in Japanese language education worldwide. Its topics cover a wide range of topics for both language specialists and the general readers. Thus, another purpose of this magazine is to enhance public awareness of current issues regarding Japanese language education and various conditions the foreigners living in Japan face. The magazine wishes eventually to contribute to promoting global mutual understanding and active cultural exchange between the non-Japanese and the Japanese.

Its staff consists of knowledgeable AJALT teachers, who have helped the magazine receive a good reputation constantly. If AJALT serves as a highly accessible magazine presenting significant analysis and coverage of important issues related to the field of Japanese language education, we feel that our mission will be accomplished.
