At the annual AJALT gathering held on Oct.25, 2008, a concert was given by a singer. The concert is held in cooperation with Japan Lullaby Association. The participants enjoyed songs including “Edo Lullaby” and “Lullaby by Shubert”. After the concert, the participants enjoyed chatting, experiencing Japanese culture performances such as Sado (Japanese tea ceremony), Shodo (Japanese calligraphy), and playing Igo (Japanese checkerboard game) and Shogi (Japanese chess). The accompanied children also enjoyed Origami (the art of folding colorful paper into figures), and animation films.
